Recap

Oh my dear Lord! It has been exactly 3 months and 18 days since I last visited my pathetic blog. Poor thing, got abandoned again. I was amazed as there are people from all over the world who viewed my blog everyday. I wonder how they ended up here. LOL... Anyway, thanks a million even if you landed by accident. I always forget I have a blog, shit. Now that it has somehow found its way and floated back to my memory, I thought I might as well spend some quality time and have a little schmoozing with it.

These 3 months had been pretty intense for me, with all the lab works, and oh, I FINALLY got my offer letter after a long wait. Really long wait. I haven't got the slightest clue as to why they (if you know who I mean) were taking their sweet ass time to process my application. The letter was ready but they had no intention of sending it out, not until I went and took it personally. Well, all I can say is procrastination is people's second nature. The worst part was I only received the offer letter a day after the closing date for scholarship application, which means more waiting to go! Damn it!

There was a point when I felt like losing the passion for research as I constantly asked myself what the 8 lettered word R.E.S.E.A.R.C.H. means. Kept getting the same outcome despite of countless repeats. Kept searching the reason but all my efforts were in vain. I was about to break, in fact. I said ABOUT. Of course I didn't. Giving up is just not my style. Hahaha.... The search and thinking continued and finally I came up with a plausible justification. Everything happens for a reason and it always surprises me when a shitty situation turns into a blessing.

Guess you are asking me to shut up already, aren't you? Alright, up i shut then. On top of all these humdrum, monotonous stuff in my irksome life, I still wont forget to have entertainment, which is no doubt, watching M.O.V.I.E.S.!!!! I wont indulge myself in work and only work. Simply can't live without movies. There were a number of films I watched like the Legend of the Fist; Resident Evil : Afterlife; Adele : Rise of the Mummy; Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and the most recent one was Rapunzel.

My apologies as I'm not going to blog about everyone of them. But the latter 2 are highly recommended though. Next movie will be Narnia. Yes, I'm a bit lagging behind time, I know. That's because I'm rather occupied. Next post will be up soon, I promise. And less wordy :P

Piranha

They are back! The esurient, acuate-toothed, man eaters have returned! On a fine day in Lake Victoria Arizona, an abrupt quake caused a rift and thus, opening the lake's floor, declaring the 'independence' of the presumed-to-be extincted piranhas. Every year, teenagers will gather at Lake Victoria for a drunken fun and sex thirst havoc. But this year, it will be a bloody gathering as the piranhas were set free! The first bite causes bleeding and the blood will draw the entire pack!!! These man eaters will rip everything off in split seconds. Imagine scenes where bones were seen jutting out, bodies were ripped apart and bloody flesh dangling all over. This movie is definitely not for the faint-hearted. After all the piranhas were bombed to death in the end, only the audience were told that they were actually baby piranhas! Presumably, there will be a sequel to this movie. Overall, this was a bloody awesome movie if I may say so. Oh by the way, I think guys will LOVE this movie *wink* - lots of hot blonde chicks!

The reason guys LOVE this movie!

Step Up 3D

Hey folks! I realized that I haven't posted anything about movies recently. I've watched several movies like The Karate Kid, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Salt and The Expendables but I didn't have the time to blog about them. Sigh... Here's the most recent one I watched last night - Step Up 3D.

This sequel follows Moose and Camille to the famous New York University (NYU). Moose found himself stumbling upon an unintended dance battle with Kid Darkness from Samurai crew despite promising his parents that he will give up dancing. The battle was witnessed by Luke and soon he recruited Moose to join his dance crew (the Pirates). Moose teams up with the Pirates and battled against their rival, the Samurai crew. Expectedly, they won the World Jam competition.

I somehow feel that Step Up 1 was much nicer as compared to the third installment. I have yet to watch Step Up 2. Tell you after watching it, ok.

I love this scene...

YnS Birthday Celebration

Hello Sunday! It's time to feed my anorexic blog again. Sook Shien (SS) and I had our slightly advance and belated birthday celebration, respectively with Esther, KK & Tony yesterday at The Gardens and Mid Valley. We had our lunch at Fong Lye (I got it right this time) Restaurant. Some sort of Taiwanese restaurant, I guess. I ordered black pepper beef something and Tony ordered 3 cups chicken. 3 of them, surprisingly ordered the same dish, which was tomato fried egg with fish (or something like that).

Black Pepper Beef

3 Cups Chicken

Fresh Tomato Fried Egg with Fish Fillet

Chrysanthemum + Oolong Tea

Cam whore session preceded the eating session and here are some of the shots.

After our tummies were satisfied (very satisfied, in fact, very much full) came the session on nonensicality with crocks and roaring laughters. It continued until 3pm and followed by a bowling session at Cosmic Bowl. It so happened that the night glow was on by the time we reached. Cool...eh?

The over exposed Angelina Jolie :P

Angelina Jolie was over exposed again

Wondering why there's a bitter gourd playing with us? Esther was conferred as 苦瓜 a.k.a. 苦瓜 during the lunch and hence, the name peria! LOL! After a game, Angelina Jolie left and the rest of us continued with the second game.

We walked all the way to Melacca for dessert at Jonker Street. ............Siao meh? Dessert at Jonker Sweets Dessert,ok.

KK's mango lolo
This is actually ice mixed fruits. My strawberry lolo was similar to this bowl, minus the kiwis (imaginations required)

After dessert, SS went home as her 吉時已到 :P

We then had our dinner at the Spaghetti Farm. Nice nice nice! Very cheap some more - around 12-13 bucks per set!

After dinner, KK,Tony & I went for movie - Step Up 3D which premiered 2 days ago. I'll blog about it in my next post, okies.

Last week I went to I-City (Shah Alam) with my bro and his gang. Here are some of the shots. I know this has nothing to do with the celebration but what the heck, I still wanna post to share some of the beauty (I mean the lights).

Till then. Ciaoz~~~

Undeserved

The melancholy rhythm keeps ringing in her head. She was completely unaware that those salty waters which no normal person would like to taste were actually rolling down her cheeks from her already fiery red, tumescent eyes as she was transmitting the words in her heart to the computer screen through the keyboards, detailing her abrupt emotional gush. She cannot remember their last words and she most certainly cannot recall the last time they met. She kept questioning but all her questions were left unanswered. Perhaps she will never, never find the answers to those questions, just perhaps. WHY is the only word she could utter in the deadly silence. Why did the malevolent devil with that wicked smile kept haunting her, she queried. Why is God being so cruel, or more so remorseless to her, she wondered. Why is it that she never come to the terminal of depression after traveling on the train of misery all this while, she pondered. Will she ever get to see even the slightest glimmer of light despite of living in the gloom for her entire life, she doubted.

She had been living in an isolated, vacuumed space, where not a single soul could hear her in spite of her ear-deafening screams. Or probably she has been way too good in covering up her disconsolation. Little did she know about her current situation. She was totally ambiguous as to why the expression of gratitude called appreciation will only come knocking on her door after something has happened, concomitantly feeling the extreme exasperation out of her f*cking ignorance. If only she had shown more concern... If only she had cared for her more...If only....As much as she wanted to lend her helping hand, she was restricted. Don't ever try to tell her all those stereotypical bullshit like 'That's what life is all about!' and its likes. That's bullshit for Christ sake! Life isn't meant to be like this... Well, at least for her. It's 2am and she's still up, blogging. Seriously, she is mentally and physically worn out after acknowledging it, in addition to her hectic life. She swears her heart stopped for a moment. So, here she is, on her knees with her hands clasped tight in front of her forehead, whispering her prayers to the Almighty God to shower his blessings upon her, and them.

And as a reminder, no one is obliged to comprehend what is written. Don't blame yourself if you cannot understand the content.

My Memorable Convocation

Hey peeps. I am officially convocated (if you had not known that already)!!!! I can finally be called a GRADUATE after a year of waiting... waiting... and more waiting. Anyway, glad that we convocated at last.

We (the graduands) collected our graduation gown, hood and mortar board a few days ahead of our big day. Once getting the S size gown, I was damn happy as I was afraid of getting other larger sizes. I straight away went home and tried on it. Gosh....I wonder whether these gowns were made for incredible Hulk as it was big. Really big. Imagine how I looked like with the shoulders of the gown keeps falling and the hood drooped until my butt....what the heck! Okay, I see it. I'm a proven growth retard. And then came to the hood....haaaa! I hate putting on the hood, seriously. It went upside down and inside out. God....you should have seen me wearing the hood by myself, especially the back part. When I was done, my brother gave me a 'compliment' by saying that I looked exactly like an old time vampire. And he said I will be casting for the next movie of Happy Ghost (開心). Multiple swt..... =.='''

24th July 2010 - The most important day of my life thus far. We went to UCSI slightly earlier to snap some photos before every one buzz in. The ceremony ended pretty smoothly and actually I didn't even notice that the never-ending speech had ended. Everything happened so fast. After the ceremony was some photo taking sessions. Speaking of that, I had to express my deepest regret here. I didn't get to take a photo with my favourite lecturer (Dr. Renee). Sighhhhhhhhhhhh.......damn sad! Ok, anyway, we went to Putrajaya for some 'overseas feel' shots. Sorry guys. No photos in this post. Too many to upload. I'm just going to upload a video here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cENSq6Bo-EQ). By the way, this was my first self-made video. So, it's not perfectly perfect. Hope you will enjoy it as much as I did. Visit my facebook at http://www.facebook.com/album.php?profile=1&id=530697152#!/profile.php?id=868505446 for photos. Add me if you cannot view the albums. Hahaha!

Ok...time for some PO MA confessions. To my family, thanks for being so supportive. To all my beloved lecturers, thanks a lot for your care and thanks for being so loving than ever. To all my classmates and uni mates, my heartiest congratulations to you all! I wish you all the very best in your future undertakings. Thank you for all the ups and downs we shared together. Congratulations once again and let's welcome a new chapter of the next phase of our lives! Cheers everyone!~
